Welcoming Steph Back – and Sarah to the REAL Success Team
There are a couple of exciting changes happening within the REAL Success team this autumn.
We’re delighted to welcome Steph Minton back from maternity leave, returning to REAL Success in a new role as Key Accounts Manager.
Steph will be working primarily across our key relationships with Müller and M&S, helping us coordinate and deliver the growing range of people-focused programmes we are involved with. Steph already knows our business, our clients and the agricultural sector extremely well, so it’s great to have her back – and in a role that reflects the increasing importance of these long-term partnerships.
We’re also very pleased to welcome Sarah Horne, who has joined us as Finance and Operations Manager (Maternity Cover).
Sarah will be looking after the day-to-day finance and operational side of REAL Success while Emily Wilson takes maternity leave from October. She’ll be helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting the wider team as the business continues to develop.
Of course, we also wish Emily all the very best as she prepares for her maternity leave and this exciting new chapter. She’s made a huge impact behind the scenes at REAL Success and we will all miss her enthusiasm and eye for detail!
It’s lovely to have Steph back, fantastic to welcome Sarah on board, and to wish Emily well – and another sign of just how much the REAL Success team continues to evolve.
