Once you have reached out to enquire about our recruitment services, a member of our recruitment team will have multiple detailed phone calls to gain all required information about your business, the person you are looking to hire and your mission going forward as a business.
In some circumstances, the recruitment manager will visit your business to gain these details.
Our recruitment packages are sent to you for approval. Using this information, REAL Success creates a detailed & effective job advert that is then posted across multiple channels, as well as cross referencing our own candidate database.
Our recruitment team screen, contact and reference check all candidates by phone. We’ll shortlist the potential candidates and send over their details to you.
All our candidates will go through our Vita Profiling to ensure we’re placing the right individuals into your farm.
From the shortlist we have sent, you will outlines which candidates you would like to interview. We organise these interviews and support you with advice & resources.
Once all interviews have taken place, you’ll inform us of who you would like to hire. Our recruitment team will create a job offer letter & contract of employment for your new employee.
A start date will be agreed along with terms and payments.
We will check in after 1 month to see how the candidate has settled in.
We will then check again after 6 months.
