Dairy Tech 2026
REAL Success exhibited at Dairy Tech again in 2026 at Stoneleigh Park, giving us the opportunity to further connect with the industry, share ideas, and engage in some honest and important conversations about the future of dairy farming.
We were proud to exhibit with a brand-new stand design, offering a quick self-assessment of your staff retention. This sparked plenty of interest and provided a welcoming space for meaningful discussions throughout the event. Throughout the day, we had the pleasure of speaking with a wide range of people, from long-standing connections and familiar faces to those discovering us for the very first time. These conversations reinforced just how valuable Dairy Tech is as a meeting point for the industry.
As always, our message was the importance of staff retention within the dairy sector. With the industry facing ongoing uncertainty, people are understandably feeling the pressure. The recent drop in milk price was a key topic of discussion, with many businesses anticipating difficult decisions as they look to manage costs and protect margins.
While cost control is an unavoidable reality, one message came through clearly in our conversations: people should not be the area that gets neglected. It can be tempting to reduce investment in people, but doing so often creates longer-term problems. Skilled, motivated, and supported staff are fundamental to the success of any dairy business. Retaining good people, maintaining morale, and developing strong leadership are more important than ever as we navigate uncertain conditions.
A real highlight of the event was Paul’s involvement in the panel discussion titled “Actions to address dairy’s labour challenges.” Speaking alongside Rupert Major and Will Sanders from Major Farming, Paul addressed a highly engaged audience keen to explore practical and realistic solutions to the labour issues facing the sector. The session was very well received and started thoughtful questions and discussions, both during and after the panel. It was encouraging to see such strong interest in moving beyond the problem itself and towards actionable steps that can make a real difference on farm.
The conversations that followed reflected a shared understanding across the industry: labour challenges are not going away, and addressing them requires more than quick fixes. It requires a long-term focus on leadership, communication, culture, and creating working environments where people want to stay and grow.
Overall, Dairy Tech 2026 was again a valuable experience. We’d like to thank everyone who visited our stand, shared their experiences, asked questions, and contributed to the conversations. We left the event with plenty to reflect on, and even more motivation for the work ahead.
