Founder & CEO
Paul is our founder, lead consultant and trainer. He works with selected key clients and speaks at events across Europe.

Operations Manager
Jess manages all of our back office services including finance, customer service, marketing and our recruitment services.

Sarah helps our clients find the right candidatess using our unique blend of advertising strategies and VITA profiling.

Amy provides employment law and general HR advice including contracts, handbooks, redundancies and staff issues.
