Andy enjoyed a long career in the hospitality sector leading divisions of the Compass Group before starting his own consulting business helping food service businesses with strategy development. He now leads the advisory board of Directors to help grow REAL Success into the leading provider of People Management and recruitment services to the agriculture sector.

Tim manages his family farm in Houghton, England and has held senior positions within the dairy sector including Chair of the Board of M&S Farmers, Chair of the Dairy Board at Red Tractor and three years on the NFU board. He brings his vast experience in the agricultural industry to REAL Success, supporting our work on farm.

Currently the Finance Director of Morgan Sindall Construction, a £1.2billion business with 1700 employees.
