Whilst we can offer you specific services such as Team Dynamics workshops and VITA Profiling, and Recruitment Services, sometimes you need to talk through issues relating to your team and how to handle them.

Our advice is a blend of practical and commercial advice. This means that we will advise you on the legal aspects of HR from employment contracts through to dismissal, but will also blend this with a practical and commercial assessment of the risks involved and the most sensible way to proceed.

It’s vitally important that you are aware of your legal obligations towards your staff, but it’s also important to manage your reputation in the market. How you handle tricky staff situations defines you more than how you recruit your staff.
